ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR DAYCARE OR BOARDING:

1.  Print out application and fill out completely.  Fax it, email it, drop it off at our office.   (Fax # 360-314-4102 or email tailsrwaggin@hotmail.com )

2.  Have your Veterinarian fax us your dogs vaccine records.  Your dog must be current on Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordatella (Kennel cough).                   Fax #360-314-4102.

3.  Our staff will contact you to set up an interview with you and your dog when we receive the application and vaccine records.  Interviews are scheduled Monday - Thursday mid day only and last 30-60 minutes.  The cost for the interview is $15.

4.  When your interview is complete, you will be able to attend daycare and reserve boarding dates for your dog.

Doggy Day Care is offered 5 days a week to our very important pets and our working pet owners.  We also offer Overnight and Weekend Boarding for any well socialized pet owners who need to be away.  Your dog must pass the interview process before overnight boarding reservations can be made.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm

                        Weekend Boarding Drop off/Pick up Hours:                          Saturday and Sunday  8:00am  OR  5:00pm  No drop off or pick up on Holidays.

UNLIMITED MONTHLY DAYCARE:  $400 (Large dog) $320 (Small dog) - Come as much as you want Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 6:30pm.  Payment due on the 1st of every month.  No other discounts apply to this offer.

  5 and 10 Packs are good for 60 days from date of purchase, 20 pack is good for 90 days from date of purchase.  Daycare packages cannot be combined with boarding overnight.  Second pet discount for daily daycare is $5.00 per dog or 10% off additional package.

We want to make sure that our overnight guests are as comfortable as possible, you can help by bringing food from home, this will alleviate tummy troubles, any medications needed, and also a favorite toy or blanket to sleep with.  See our "Boarding" page for more information.  If you do not bring food for your pet you will be charged $3.00 per meal.
