ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR DAYCARE OR BOARDING:
We are currently not accepting new dogs for boarding only. Our daycare opening are very limited at this time.
1. Print out the application and fill out completely. Fax it, email it, drop it off at our office. (Fax # 360-314-4102 or email tailsrwaggin@hotmail.com )
2. Have your Veterinarian fax us your dogs vaccine records. Your dog must be spayed or neutered (if 6 months or older) and current on Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordatella (Kennel cough). Your interview cannot be done if your dog is not spayed or neutered over the age of 6 months and the vaccines are not current.
3. Our staff will contact you to set up an interview with you and your dog when we receive the completed application and vaccine records. Interviews are scheduled various days during the week from 8am to 10am only. The cost for the interview is $15.
4. When your interview is complete, you will be able to attend daycare and reserve boarding dates for your dog.
Doggy Day Care is offered 5 days a week to our very important pets and our working pet owners.

Weekend Boarding Drop off/Pick up Hours:
Saturday and Sunday 8:00am OR 5:00pm only

Boarding Rates
Daycare with overnight stay $55 per night Monday thru Thursday. $105 for 2 dogs. $155 for 3 dogs. Friday thru Sunday is $60 / $115 / $170
(2nd and 3rd dog discount $5 off per night)
We want to make sure that our overnight guests are as comfortable as possible, you can help by bringing food from home, this will alleviate tummy troubles, any medications needed, and also a favorite toy or blanket to sleep with. See our "Boarding" page for more information. If you do not bring food for your pet you will be charged $3.00 per meal.
